You are welcome to use the garage, but the driveway must not exceed 4 cars at night. Please do not park or temporarily stop in the shared driveway, and avoid using the neighbor’s driveway to turn around. This is a strict city policy, monitored by the neighbor, and a $250 fee will be imposed for any violations.
