We are pleased to welcome you to our cozy home. This centrally located property provides easy access to everything, including highways and major cities. As you enter, you are greeted by the living and dining room. There are three bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a large bonus room where you can gather for entertainment or hangout, this room has two queen-size air mattresses. Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. • Hot Tub is non functional. • If you plan on using the BBQ, please let us know prior to your arrival. There will just be an additional $25 fee to cover the cost of extra cleaning. It uses charcoal but we don't provide this so kindly bring your own. • There is a train route close to this home. • The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required. • Security deposit of $250 may be required. • Security camera on exterior of home front and back of the house. (RECORDING video & audio 24 hours/day.
