If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. • The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required. • Security camera on exterior of home front and back of the house. (RECORDING video & audio 24 hours/day. Motion activated) • No washer and dryer inside the unit. Laundry facilities available upon request. If you need to use the laundry, please let us know so we can arrange your key to access the laundry downstairs. It’s coin operated- 7 quarters per wash and 7 quarters per dry. • The staircase leading to the upper levels of the property is steeper than average and may pose a challenge, especially for individuals with limited mobility, young children, or those who are not accustomed to such staircases.
